Antitrust And Fair Competition Principles


Acer e-Enabling Data Center Inc. formulates these “Antitrust and fair competition principles” for all colleagues and organizations of the Company to follow.

  1. The Company provides customers with excellent services on the basis of “integrity” and is committed to market competition on this basis; we do not use illegal or unethical means to achieve results. Colleagues of the Company should treat subjects of business transactions fairly, and they may not have any unfair or unethical behavior, including:
    (1) Mutual gains of illegal profits.
    (2) Spreading false rumors about customers, dealers, competitors and colleagues.
    (3) Deliberate misrepresentation of the quality or content of the Company’s products or services.
    (4) Other information obtained through manipulation, concealment and abuse based on job positions, misinterpretation of important matters, or illegal profits gained through unfair transactions.
  2. When colleagues of the Company are dealing with related parties or enterprises, it should be based on the principle of fair treatment and in accordance with the laws and related regulations specified by competent authorities and the Company; there may be any special offers.
  3. Colleagues of the Company comply with all antitrust regulations, especially in regard to not signing any contracts or agreements with competitors to reduce, increase or stabilize selling prices, or to differentiate markets, regions, customers, products or services, or to restrict the supply of any products.
  4. The Company is committed to reducing the legal risks and negative impacts that may be brought to our business due to the violation of laws related to antitrust and fair competition.
  5. The Company will further enhance our commitment to corporate ethics and conduct by following laws related to antitrust and fair competition.
