Service overview
eDC VCSP cloud backup and backup service, by joining the Veeam® Cloud & Service Provider (VCSP) program, and building on a platform based on VMware cloud infrastructure, provides reliable cloud backup services (BaaS) and disaster recovery as a service ( DRaaS). As a cloud and/or hosting service provider, eDC provides customers with and manages virtual, physical, data protection and availability cloud solutions, allowing you to focus on business development.
Service Features
eDC VCSP is a cloud backup service (BaaS) and disaster recovery as a service (DRaaS) at the same time, with the following characteristics
Support protection of "any" platform (virtual, physical, cloud)
Provides different levels of protection for virtual machines, files and applications, from instant recovery of the entire virtual machine to granular recovery of critical applications
Users do not need to spend cost and complexity to build off-site backup and redundancy infrastructure
Protect, restore and migrate workloads in any cloud environment
NAS backup, for NAS data protection
End-to-end security mechanism, including source end (backup), transmission (network transmission) and target end (cloud repository) encryption
With deduplication, compression and exclusion of exchange files, reducing network traffic demand
