InspireOz information service management platform is a set of standardized and module tools based on years of ITIL operations, an output of Acer eDC’s information management operation experiences. It is the proven most effective tool in realizing ITIL operations, a platform that provides a solution for standardized information service procedures, IT service index, and enhance information service level.

inspireOz Functional Module

InspireOz consists of 13 functional modules, including 5 procedure modules that are central to ITIL operations. These 5 modules include incident management, problem management, alter management, release management, and configuration management modules. These modules can be created by following a simple procedure set-up module. The procedure is controlled by the engine module, subject to the approving system of organizational hierarchy, which can be done by an approval set-up module. InspireOz currently provides more than 20 procedure management reports for these 5 major procedure management reports. These reports are managed by the graphic and chart management module. They are created by the engine module and delivered according to the settings.

Those workable programs, known errors, and documents during ITIL processes will be stored at the database through a solution management module. The member information management module can manage the user access and help announce messages. External peering module can connect externally through various connectors, and exchange and transmit information with InspireOz.
